Anna
Walewski

Anna is a UK Production S1 racer. She has revealed how she nearly lost her racing licence after being stopped for speeding at 100mph on the A11 in Norfolk. The driver, from Hindhead in Surrey, was returning from the EERC meeting at Snetterton when she committed the offence. But she was able to keep her licence after her legal team pleaded with Magistrates she would not be able to continue racing or provide lifts for her younger brother, who suffers from cerebral palsy, if she was banned. The 18 year old said: "I'm relieved as it would have meant an end to my racing and not being able to help my disabled brother." Walewska, a former karting and T-Cars competitor was the youngest female in Britain to obtain her racing licence when she passed her ARDS test in 2001. She apparently now wants to race in Formula BMW in 2006.
