News
For 2011, and after
changing to a Subaru N12b in September 2010, I will
continue with this car, competing in the Welsh
National and the BTRDA forest championships and
also hope to participate in some selected BRC
rounds.
Results
I first started out in the
sport in 2005 co driving for my father,
Jonathan, when I was 16 in his group N Subaru
Impreza. My first event was the Peter Lloyd Stages
on Pembrey in October 2005, finishing 2nd overall.
Our 2nd event was also in Pembrey , the Rali Cwm
Gendreath in March 2006, and resulted in an
outright win … 1st Overall!
I turned 17 in January
2006 and felt it was time to swap seats! My
first event turned out to be Pembrey in a Rover
216.
2007 & 2008
were two great years on tarmac changing to a Honda
Civic Type R and doing the Welsh Tarmacadam
Championship in 2007 and the BTRDA in
2008.
In 2009 it was
decided to change to gravel and to a Subaru Impreza
where I competed in the Welsh Clubman and National
forest championships also the ANWCC forest
championship.
In 2010 I stayed on
gravel and competed in the ANWCC forest
championship and the Welsh National forest
championship. Highlights of the 2010 season for me
were winning the John Easson Award (with thanks to
the 2300 club and the family of John Easson) and
also getting the chance to compete on the Wales
Rally GB National B event and finishing 4th
overall.
